Order Processing

All ROVKA products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins specifically for that customer.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Customers will receive a confirmation email after placing an order and a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and customs processing.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

ROVKA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates a delivery issue or your package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs and Video of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution where applicable.

Shipping Delays

ROVKA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
