Return & Refund Policy
At ROVKA, every piece is made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or ordering mistakes.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A description of the issue

Clear photographs and video showing the product and any damage
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and production partner to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

The item arrives damaged or defective

The wrong item was delivered

The order is lost and cannot be recovered

A refund is otherwise approved by ROVKA
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Minor color variations between screen displays and printed products

Delivery delays caused by carriers

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because the item is being created specifically for your order.
