Because every ROVKA print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review size guides and product details carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our print partner and carrier.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
